415 is a discipleship-driven, Spirit-filled and participatory church committed to raising and equipping believers to transform the world through speaking the truth of God’s Word in love.
We believe church is not a place for spectators. Every believer has a part to play. We seek to cultivate authentic, Spirit-led discipleship, continuous spiritual growth and a culture of revival that equips people to contribute meaningfully to God’s work in the world.

Our mission is to lead people into a transformative relationship with Jesus Christ through the key principles of Ephesians 4:15–16.
At the heart of this mission is a church where truth is spoken in love, Christ remains the Head, every believer actively participates, and each part contributes to the growth and building up of the body of Christ.
“Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him
who is the head, even Christ…”
Ephesians 4:15–16
Ephesians 4:15–16 captures the kind of church we seek to become: a people who speak the truth in love, grow into Christ as the Head, and recognise that every believer has a part to play in building up the body of Christ.
For 415, church is not about spectators. It is about disciples growing, serving and contributing together so that the whole body is strengthened and built up in love.
“…speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him
who is the head, even Christ…”
Ephesians 4:15–16
God’s truth brings freedom and shapes how we believe, live and grow as disciples of Christ.
Truth is expressed through genuine Christlike love that shapes our relationships, service and witness.
Discipleship is a continuing journey of spiritual maturity, becoming more like Christ in every area of life.
We pursue whole-life discipleship, allowing Christ to shape our faith, character, relationships and actions.
Jesus Christ is the centre and authority of the church, directing our purpose, growth and life together.
Every believer has a God-given part to play, using their gifts to serve, contribute and strengthen the church.
God equips His people for works of service so that together we strengthen, encourage and build up the body of Christ in love.
